Weaving Stories, One Dark Secret at a Time

I’m Nicole J. Owens, a debut author who has been in love with storytelling for as long as I can remember. My earliest works—pencil-written “novels” stapled together and sold to my Nana for $0.99—may be lost to history, but the dream of becoming a published author has never left me.

Now, I’m pouring my heart into my debut novel, a dark romance filled with suspense, spice, and secrets that will keep you turning pages. The anticipated release for this novel is September 2025.

I’m a born-and-raised North Carolinian with the accent to prove it, happily married to the most patient man alive, and mom to a curious little boy with an infectious laugh. We share our home with two fluffy, lovable pups—Benny the Bernedoodle and Ruby the Miniature Cockapoo. Whether it’s traveling, hiking, or dreaming up plot twists, I love to spend my time chasing adventures, both real and imagined. I can’t wait to share my stories with you and hope you’ll join me on this exciting journey toward publication.
